| Hexadecimal have smashed their way
through the Nottingham UK breaks scene and look set to cause
similar sonic destruction as they take their sound worldwide.
As residents at Spectrum - voted best club night twice in
a row at the International Breaks Poll Awards - they make
regular appearances at the country's most talked about new
clubbing venture, Stealth, with other gigs lined up elsewhere
in the UK and Europe.
Having played alongside the Plump DJs, The Freestylers and
Si Begg, they're sitting comfortably, and in some of the best
seats, for the journey to international recognition.
As if this wasn't impressive enough, the duos success as DJs
is actually doing some catching up when it comes to the reputation
of their production work. One of their tracks features on
the massively successful Plump DJ's Fabric Live CD, and another
on James Zabiela's debut album.
Meanwhile, DJs at the top of the breaks scene, including Meat
Katie, Krafty Kuts, Tayo and the Stanton Warriors are spreading
the unmistakable Hexadecimal sound by playing their tracks
to audiences world-wide.
Hexadecimal's first release
on Heavy Disco, Deep Frequency
/ Brain Machine is released in late October 2004.
